Just had 4.56 gears installed to replace the 3.42s. My truck is a 5speed manual so I can always upshift as needed. However, 75mph I’m turning 2,500rpms in 5th gear. Love this setup with my 33” tires.

Previously - 2 1/4” Y-Pipe no Cat with 3” Single Exhaust with a 5x11x22” Magnaflow was quieter.
Currently - 2 1/2” dual from collector with Hiflow Cats, X-Pipe and TWO 4x9x18” Magnaflows is as loud and drones at 2K RPMs

All finished. My OCD would have preferred the drivers Convertor parallel with the motor. However, there was not enough room with the bends required. Definitely flows better now and actually smoother at low RPMs.

Well said. My apologies. I was just wanting to see options regarding crossing over from drivers manifold/collector without using a Y Pipe for a “True Dual” setup.

It’s not cheating if your exhaust maintains the requirements set forth by your county or state’s government emissions testing.
