I did a bunch of research before I rebuilt my old F250 Superduty front end. The consensus was rebuilt LAPS steering boxes were crap. 94 Suburban has been sitting for 5+ years
I vote for keeping it. No car payments, easy to insure. Needs very little to get it as a driver. I’m more of a 4x4 guy. But a slightly lowered LS powered sleeper couch blowing dudes off the line at stop lights would be really cool.- Usedcarr
