    OBS/LS harness mating

Don't cut anything when you pull the engine, there are several wires that you can use to simplify the swap. The coil, injector and starter wires can feed the LS components . Gauges, TCC, ECU, AC and cruise control circuits can be utilized as well and save a lot of 'dash diving'. Label the...

Rag Joint / Steering Coupler Mod

Do not weld the rag joint solid, replace it with a u-joint or new lower shaft and rag joint. Don't cobble steering parts, it could kill you.

Complete Gen 4 LS into GMT400

I did stand alone on my LS 5.3 swap and it was great this summer. No issues at all. I was concerned about the idle when the clutch cycled but it never came close to stalling, I'm running a stock cam.

General Question. And how is everyone? Has anyone put in a Straight 6 4200 in Dually/SRW 1 Ton to 3/4 ton Pickup/SUV?

I put a 4.2 /4L60E into a 46 Chevy coupe (3400 lbs) and loved it. Plenty of power and great drivability, de-smogged they put out about 300 hp. I had to build a rear sump oil pan, I was thinking of putting one in my 92 C1500 but I'm doing an LS instead.
