    I did use the Jeep master cylinder, it's a 13/16" bore. The pressure plate I have is a new Sachs BBC1909 diaphragm style with a Novak-Adapt slave cylinder. I believe its a 3/4" bore.

    Guys, I'm trying to prime my steering/hydroboost system by spinning the pump with a drill. The pump is not pumping at all and there is what looks like a solenoid valve on the output from the pump. What does that do, and does it need to be activated for the system to pump? Thanks!
