    Update. Fuel pump went bad, but after looking at the tank it still had contaminants in it. Instead of cleaning it again, a new tank was installed.

    Fuel Pressure checked today and it was 52 and while throttling up it actually dropped to 50. We will say that was the problem is around the fuel tank system.

    I corrected the symptoms in the main post. Its more of a starving / surging and won't accelerate with a level of acceleration through the gas pedal.
