    Trouble Connecting to TunerPro RT

Damn that is EXACTLY my symptoms, but I thought it had to do with me messing with the idle screw or some wicked vacuum leak lol I do not have another obd1 go to try it on, though I’m sure if I walked in my neighborhood I’d seen 5 or 6 haha

Yupp so replacing the engine coolant sensor got my idle nice and smooth and I’m running well through all temps, and rpms so far! Bad luck my SES light was burnt out!! Still not able to connect to TunerPro, but at least now I can figure it out with a little less pressure haha

    Trouble Connecting to TunerPro RT

truck has the nv4500 but the engine (350tbi) and ecu came out of a donor vehicle with an auto transmission. that is why I am assuming this sensor is not connected!

I have indeed seen them and followed along. I will do it again though because sometimes that's all it takes haha

    Trouble Connecting to TunerPro RT

Man thanks for all the great info. Is this sensor the one between spark plugs #1 and #3. Today was payday so I'm back in the 'lets-just-throw-parts-at-this-*****' mood.

    Trouble Connecting to TunerPro RT

Ha yea a couple, not sure how relevant they are tho since I disconnected the battery to pull the ecu yesterday. 15, 59, 67, 82 From repairpal.com/gm-obd-i-code-chart 15- low coolant temp 59- Trans fluid temp circuit high 67- A/C pressure sensor circuit 82- 3x crankshaft position sensor...

    Trouble Connecting to TunerPro RT

I am just double checking that I only have a Service Engine Soon light and NOT a CEL... is that correct? lol I feel like a dummy for asking, but I just want to make sure.

    Trouble Connecting to TunerPro RT

I mean.. it was seemingly running fine. It’s not my daily by any means. And yea, the PO did 0 maintenance so I figured tbi rebuild was a good idea. I was also gonna redo the exhaust here soon and wanted to get it running really smooth before so I had a decent reference point to judge the effect...

    Trouble Connecting to TunerPro RT

Alright is it just a matter of replacing a bulb? I’ll look into this next haha All of this weirdness started after I rebuilt my throttle body. If it is my ECU, could my truck have been operating with a faulty ecu prior to this or would I have had to do something to brick it?

    Trouble Connecting to TunerPro RT

For some reason, I skipped right over reading this message I did not intend to ignore it... Nothing was plugged in to the cigarette lighter. When I turn my key on, I don't even have a CEL anymore, thinking it may have burned out? Although I know the light had worked in the not too distant past...

    Trouble Connecting to TunerPro RT

I’m starting to think I may be having some type of electrical issue because 1.) resetting the IAC as per this does not seem to work for me (it’s a new IAC) 2.) I cannot connect to TunerPro RT I don’t even know where to begin diagnosing electrical issues or whether or not this hunch makes sense
