Yup same here until up here in Canada they started having binder shortages with Nason. So now I'm trying Montana Big Sky which is another 2nd tier product form Axalta. It seems good so far but haven't had alot of time with it.

Finally getting some time to get back on this project. Got the 454 all stripped of its parts, wasn't sure what I was gonna find but it's in great shape as far as I can tell and probably didn't need the full tear down but I like to have peace of mind. The motor has had a little work done to it...

Thanks I'll check them out. The other thing I thought of to was possibly building a radius arm but I just don't know enough about the geometry of those to tackle it. So hopefully I can find something from WFO that I can make work.

How to bag that truck of yours

Maybe running a triple convoluted bag like this might be a better route for you to go for the rear, it would handle the weight if you were to haul something and still gives you 10 inches of travel. Seen lots of 1 ton guys run triple convoluted bags on their truck. I have used those helper bags...

C notches

My c1500 has a slight bend where those notches would go. I dont have any pictures to show it and the bed is on the truck right now so can't get good pictures. The 3500hd frame I have in shop right now is straight.
