    Right hand drive pictures

That's interesting. I have always wondered, on the suburban the middle seat, it is also inverted, as the front seat? The front is 70/30, the middle is 80/20. Are the portions reversed so that the small portion is on the left instead of the NA right side?

    Need help finding these wheels!

I keep applying for a job at the fitting rooms at "Vicky's" secrets, I know I have lots of expertise in the material.... why wouldn't they want an opinion that isn't an echo chamber?

    Need help finding these wheels!

I have had that thought about many a catalog search engine... let ME set the sort criteria..... no matter if it's offset amount, wheel width, or weight.... or anything else I dream up.... And I want to be able to do it for any part. Fuel pump length, alternator depth, etc etc, etc..... make...

    Suburbans: GMT800 2500 vs. GMT900 2500 vs. GMT900 "Fancy" (Denali/Escalade)

I second the gmt400 comment re: 1/2 ton towing. My k1500 97 burb has 4.10 gears behind/ in front of a 4l60e. The secret for me? Religious fluid changes, and towing slow. Without the 4.10s it wouldn't be something I would do. I tow 5000+miles per year, and with trailer brakes I don't...

What to replace behind the dash

Now is the time to add any wire grommets and wire through the firewall. You can always use a body plug and pierce it later to route wire. The hard part is the hole.

    stuff that catches my eye

I do like the look of the dually 'burb......

    Suburban K1500 6.5TD V8 [GMT400] from Poland

Mounting it anywhere other than the stock location is an improvement. I'm in the 'top of the engine with a great sink' camp. That's where mine lives on my K2500 'burb. This and a remote double oil filter are the only real mechanical mods mine has.

Will 2000 buick regal supercharged seats fit my 98 k3500?

Practice, Practice, practice. That's how any of us got ok. But the seats you like, and make em fit.

Man, I hope you pulled that gem and took it home.

    98 5.7 120,000 miles code p0308

I had a similar event several years ago. Ran fine, parked it for 14 hours ( overnight) and no start. Trouble shot to the cap and rotor. It was near the ocean, the same air, moisture and a cheap cap had eroded/corroded the internal terminals in just a couple of months. Still never...

Wheels stick out to far for PA.

How well that conversation will go if almost entirely up to the variables of both the officer and the driver. I know i could drive that truck and never expect problems, though I know my nephew couldn't make it down the street without an unpleasant roadside conversation. YMMV. That is the...

    Anybody see this before??

At the speed and amount this truck is getting used, anything done will be OK. Either run it to failure, repair or replacement with any combination of parts.

Guidance needed for Suburban roof rack install

Yes I'm familiar with rivnut, I have used them in airplane applications. I would be concerned about moisture entry points while using this method. In AZ or somewhere dry or otherwise unconcerned about water inside a cab, fine,.... in a burb? I wouldn't, but I have an aversion to the smell...

    Anybody see this before??

'Merica!!!! If you are using that truck just around the property, and plowing the neighbors driveway, run it until it won't move underneath its own power. Go ahead and source a replacement rear end and driveline for when it dies. 'Merica, God bless our freedom!! Keep up the long term field...
