P0440 Code, out of ideas

Thank you ill read through it and give it a shot. On the fuel pump there are 3 lines connecting to it. The middle one is the only one left with the "quick dis/connect" fitting because the other 2 broke so I cut them off and used hose clamps. Can anyone tell me what the middle hose is for? I...

P0440 Code, out of ideas

I have a 1998 k1500 5.7 vortec. I had the P0440 evap code occur a few months ago and Ive been trying to fix it ofcourse. So far nothing has worked and it comes back on within a couple days of clearing the code. All Ive Replaced: Gas cap Evap solenoid Purge valve Fuel pump Precat O2 sensors...
