    12200411 PCM swap for 1996 to 2000 GMT400 trucks

Hi Oldguy, A mail order tune would just get the thing to idle and move if you were lucky. A dyno tune would get everything sorted in a day or so. A proper 2 way tune like we do would do the same as a trip to the dyno (if you install a wideband) but usually takes a few sessions back and forth as...

    1999 LQ4 6.0 / whipple / FLT / yank / etc "Ricer" build thread

Looking for extra strength out of my front end as well as getting a kick into doing so by having the thermo module stop working I picked up the 4x4 Posi-Lok kit from Summit. I noticed there was no writeup or real discussion about it here so I tried it and am glad I did. Its just simple, it...

    1999 LQ4 6.0 / whipple / FLT / yank / etc "Ricer" build thread

Ok so I know I barely ever post anything anymore and there's a host of reasons but this is my attempt at redemption. Besides it is better when you have more than one thing to say at a time. Let's see, the way I remember it, we left off after I fixed the ricer enough to limp around with the...

Yes you can engage while moving just make sure the cable engages fully. Just replaces the front axle thermal unit so it's useful for all 4x4 trucks.

30" LED Bar Install + Pics

Absolutely no comparison to HIDs in output. Also it has been proven a hundred times over that HIDs in a halogen housing is a bad combo.

30" LED Bar Install + Pics

Just wrapped up the install of the 30" LED light bar we got from M & R Automotive - http://www.mandronline.com/ - they are also vendors on this forum. The stock lights on these trucks are not very good and my cheap ebay ones aren't any better. This upgrade makes a GMT400 as bright or brighter...

How to LS Swap a GMT400 (or any other vehicle)

My OS outputs via serial, for reference what pin are you using as output to the dash? EFILive has access to the fuel sender tables. Are you running the Vortec OS? Mine is a 2002 OS for a LQ4 6.0 4x4 truck (12212156) which is one of the few compatible with the COS5.
