    Alright, thought I would finally close this out. I had pulled the o2 as well, no change. I cannot remember if I had mentioned there was rust in the fuel tank, but after exhausting all other avenues I replaced the tank and the sock as it was full of crud. Now I can run it down the road at 70+...

    Alright, swapped computers, no change. I pulled the pump once more, cleaned up the sock and reinstalled the stock style pump.     So that begs this question, how can you tell if the spring is weak? I read that it doesn't usually go bad and are rarely replaced unless it has an obvious break but that doesn't mean never.

    I put in a pump from a 97 that was plug and play. So maybe that's why, it should be higher pressure. Anyway, I cleared the flood and it starts and runs just fine, despite the original stalling condition. The filter is fine, I changed it yesterday to make sure it was clear... Getting a fuel...

    I blocked off the return line briefly with engine off, fuel came spraying out of the throttle body, probably the regulator housing. Hydrolocked the engine until I pulled the plugs. So I guess I can't do that.

    Egr flashes a fit cycle of 100% briefly on throttle input. Iac responds as well
