Im planning a 4 link sas 9" lift with wfos brackets up front using a 05+ superduty diff which i plan on redrilling to reuse the factory 8x6.5 wheels. Is there any reason i should use the matching ford rear differential?
Like the title says im looking for specs on the 05+ dana 60 front dually differential. I need to know the total track width with factory tires on or preferably the wheel mounting surface to wheel mounting suface.
Im going to 4 link my obs with a wfo front coilover kit. Today went to pick up a front differential from an 05+ dually superduty and the guy told me the axels very different. Which year is best? He also said i have numerous options for pinion yokes. Edit for the rear im am reusing the rear axle...

I dont need bigger then 38s. Id be happy with 35s-37s. Maybe a 8-10" lift My main question is, do i need a dually front diff or can i buy a srw diff and just boot on the hubs? Im trying to keep this as cheap as possible
As of now im trying to price it out before i jump into it. So from what ive read it seems like a 77-79 kp dana 60 is the way to go. I have no lift height set in stone. When Finding a differential do i need one that came from a dually truck?

i have a 2000 cucv k3500 6.5 diesel with the 12v/24v system. It ran for the last few weeks fine until it completely drained the drivers side battery. Its been cranking slow but once it gets going all electronics work fine. How do i test the voltage solenoid on the firewall? And i replaced...
