Clutch/Flywheel/TO Bearing QnA please

When you get it pulled apart don't be surprised if your throw-out linkage is destroyed. Hopefully this is just friction material and age causing you problems, but it sounds more and more like you've got worse problems than just age.

My 71 Corvette

Any suggestions for trying to find a specific year in the C3 era? Covers a big span, so is a late model preferable to early? I'm not concerned with window styles and all that, just frame & body layouts.

This is pretty textbook clutch destruction. That will be dependent on the transmission, so search around for Muncie clutch kits.
