    Mine turned out to be an issue with the pushrod. I made a shim from a scrap of aluminum and inserted in between the cam on tne pushrod and the plate in the switch. Have been working flawlessly since.

    Pulling carpet out

    So, answer of the original question : Front seats, seatbelts, kick panels, sill plates, rear seat, jack tray, and rear lower panels all come out to pull the extended cab carpet. Its no a quick and easy job.

    You may be onto something with the icm, judging by the symptom list. At least a partial failure. Ive only ever had them fail to no spark at all. As far as the high counts, no other odd data. Cts is reading realistic values, in a linear fashion. No high blm counts, and voltage sensor reads...

    So, im going to try the msd 5 series box i have laying around. See if it picks up gas mileage. Cant figure out which diagram to use for the tbi trucks. Anyone know real quick?

    Gmt800 electric fans mounting

    Any idea why? Is it a van thing? My truck gats used for truck stuff in summer in north Carolina. 100+ some days, 99.999% humidity. However, most i pull is a car on an open trailer. Usually its a dolly, flat tow, or lawnmower to the church/folks place/scout hut. And thats only occasionally.
