I think I figured it out. I had the bearing drove in to far which dropped the shaft a little. Just that little bit was enough to mess the clearance up when shifting into 4H.

I messed with it again last night, and the range selector is raising the mod fork up to were it rubs on the synchronizer hub. I can't find where there is any adjustment to either lower the fork or raise the hub. I am lost. There has to be something simple I'm missing.

I have issues with the transfer case grinding and slipping out of gear. I took it apart and found the range fork was hitting and rubbing the synchronizer hub. I don't know who was in here before it was a junk yard case, and am not for sure if I am missing a bushing or washer. Does anyone have...
