Should have specified... engine oil cooler lines. And for the record, the pair cost a whole $2; the truck they came off of was spotless for oil leaks. It had been barrel-rolled...
Okay so I went to the local parts yard and got some Oil Cooler lines, as the OE lines are leaking (one is a bit rubbed from the PO).
Any suggestions on what to clean the insides with, that won't have an adverse effect on the engine/oil/seals/and anything else?
This ain't a "How-to", just my experience with the "d*mn dash issue"... results may vary.
I managed to get a decent dash, complete, from my local salvage yard. It had a few hairline cracks around those same mounting holes. The OE dash in my 99 c2500 was roached to the point of the speedo...
Might try looking at (the12volt.com)...they've got wire color codes and diagrams listed by make, model, and year.
I'm somewhat new to this forum, and hadn't found the wiring diagrams here yet....
