    If I do not swap to a 6.0 LS V8, I will stroke my 1989 Silverado's 350 V8 to a 383 V8. I greatly prefer to keep the TBI fuel injection and would like suggestions on what heads, aluminum or iron, to use on a 383 V8 with TBI. I want the result of the new engine to be a good driver on the street...

    No, did not because luckily the truck has had no more issues. I did connect a Snap On OBD 1 scanner and everything was normal.
