2006 Silverado Daily Driver

Honestlty....the GMT800's are the best series of trucks Chevy ever made...I said it. I've had quite a few 400's and quite a few 800's and in my opinion, the 800's are better in every category...except rust resistance.

I know I'm in the minority here, but I personally think tow mirrors look gawdy about 99% of the time. If you don't "need" them, I think these trucks look so much better with standard sized mirrors.

Why? My feeble mind goes to the gauge pic and how low the oil pressure was for a fresh rebuild. But I'm also wrong about 99.9999% of the time. LOL

When you put it back together using the FelPro gasket....do you use RTV or something as well or just the gasket? Getting ready to do mine and am new to the process.
