I decided to use the other side of the switch to close a relay to replace the bad contacts on the ignition switch
That way I can trigger the computer, fuel pump and turn signals when the key is on.
I went with a large 60amp rated relay to do the work
Any thoughts on that?

My truck was running in the driveway and it stalled. I couldn’t get it to restart. I noticed that I had no dashboard lights and I didn’t hear the fuel pump running.
I put a fuel pressure gauge on the truck and it had no pressure...
Just found that the loose steering on my truck was caused by the Rag or steering coupler.
Thought it was air bound from the engine swap and was trying to get the air out.
You can see the coupling moving but not the box input shaft
Sometimes it is just the easiest thing causing the problem...
Have not done a distributor on a vortec but can’t you just do it like the older ones pull out #1 plug and bump it over till you feel the compression blow your finger off the hole and then check the distributor to see if it is pointed to 1 spark plug on the distributor cap?

I bought SS454 wheels for it, they are two rim widths so I have two sizes of tires, front and rear.
275/60/r15 rear 28" diameter
235/75/r15 front 28.9 diameter
721 and 699 is the rotation difference about 3.2%...
