Tires still lean with camber all the way in....Please help

Crank you torsion bars up a little bit. It will change the angle of the uppers and allow for some more adjustment. Look at your cv's, they're going up from the diff to the wheel, usually they're angled down. Your bars aren't cranked up enough. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bad rollover accident makes me think about a roll cage in my crew cab

Was in the passenger seat of my brother's Jetta that rolled about eight years ago. Not sure how many times we went over but it was violent, and I hit my head pretty hard on the roof as it caved in. But I was able to crawl out of the crushed window frame and we both walked away. The roll was...

Who sells modified upper control arms?

Your angles look steep to me. Your add a leaf is installed in the wrong place, the leafs below your add a leaf shouldn't be longer than the add a leaf.

Did some one say "what's a ball joint flip"

It doesn't lift the truck at all. It just rotates the upper control arm up so the ballpoint lives with less angle. The upper control arm doesn't support the weight of the vehicle so no matter how you space/orientate it from the knuckle, it won't affect ride height.

Can I drive 20 miles with open headers?

Update. Okay, so we welded new o2 bungs in the new headers, and cut the egr tube off my old shorties and welded it onto the new ones. I threw them on the truck and drove it down to the exhaust shop, it was 2x as loud as I expected, haha. Had the shop run new 2 1/2" pipes from the headers to...

Can I drive 20 miles with open headers?

That's what I figured, just wanted to double check. Thanks guys, I think my brother might even have a set of glasspacks with header flanges that I could throw on there temporarily.

Can I drive 20 miles with open headers?

97 vortec 350. I bought some midlength headers and need to take the truck to the shop to get the pipes refitted. My plan was to install the headers with the forward o2 sensors and egr hooked up and drive it down to the shop to get the headers replumbed to the cats. I realize it will be loud...

    4l60e to 700r4

Why would you replace a 4l60e with a 700r4? They are the same tranny, except the 4l60e is controlled by the ecm.

    Headers on the 5.7 Vortec

I've been fighting them since the day I bought this truck (Sept 06), taken them apart probably 40 times, ultra copper, wire wheel, sandpaper, new bolts, everything I could think of and the leak has got nothing but worse. Almost sounds like open pipes right now. EDIT: Reread your post, it is...

    Headers on the 5.7 Vortec

Already running a set of Pacesetter shorties, the flange won't seal on them and I think the only solution is a real set of headers.

    Headers on the 5.7 Vortec

I know that this thread is kinda old, but has anybody used these headers on a lifted truck? I am wondering about driveshaft clearance on the driver's side. When a truck is lifted, the stock downpipe on the driver's side has to be modified for driveline clearance, just wondering if these...
