    I changed my 4L80E fluid at 280,000 and it did fail. On a closer inspection by a shop it was wet wiring causing the fail. That was updated and it’s going fine now.

    Noisy interior a/c heater controls

    My 93 C3500 454 Dually has weird noises coming from under the dashboard. They seem to get louder when accelerating. I have disconnected one flap actuator for noise already due to a clicking noise when you turn it off.

    My 93 C3500 high beams don’t go on. The blinkers don’t turn off either. where is the multi-function switch?

    I want one! I’ve fixed everything mechanically on my 93 Dually 454. The dash is trashed with a cover!

    My 93 c3500 454 tranny failing! After a fluid change my tranny started failing. It would pop out of drive into neutral and then kick back in briefly before losing power. When you turn it off it reset and the tranny is good again under normal load. I towed an empty trailer and it happened again...

    Yes that’s a problem. It’s hard to find a spring compressor that fits the larger spring size. I ended up using a grinder and cutting off a horseshoe size of the top of the spring! There’s a video about spring height measurements on the Summit Auto site.

    It’s a ‘93 with big block but older Freon version.
