    Not much of an update on the truck. Been absolutely swamped with school so haven’t been able to do much. Maybe it will be worth it in the end when I get a piece of paper saying I’m a mechanical engineer. Did play with the brake booster and steering rack now that they are wired into switched...

    I’ve tried my hand at single stage, I’m most certainly far from a professional but was never happy with results. It looked okay but the longevity just wasn’t there. Started flaking up in places where it just didn’t seem to bond to the primer? Not sure what I did wrong there.

    did any “light duty” 2500s have an 8.25 diff? Mine from a 400 burb has the mounting pad angled pretty severely maybe 45°? I’ve seen numerous 800 diffs and they were all either parallel to the ground or slightly angled.

    the axle tubes would need to be swapped out due to the mounting pad at a different angle. The rest is bolt on as far as I know.

    I’m on 20s now with 28.7” tires, like @Drunkcanuk said they are a bit harsh sometimes so I would recommend 18s with a bit more sidewall but not enough sidewall for a bunch of deflection.     Haven’t worked on the truck just been playing with the tig. Still having a lot of trouble with getting the thin stuff way too hot. Also need to get some new gloves I cannot seem to feed filler with my current ones. Here’s a pic of my first try on tubing.(1.5” .188) Any tips are greatly appreciated.

    That would be your caster angle making it camber closer to full lock. As long as caster is in an acceptable range I would not worry about it, it will actually help with your cornering goals unless it’s a super excessive amount.     The angle on those cv axles look to be in an acceptable range IMO. I’m not sure what you are referring to for “rod angles” tie rod angles? Also not sure on what you mean by “tips the top of the tire more”
