They leak, get used to it. Transmission and rear end are known weak points. Give her a good tune up, and run good oil. There are many upgrades to be do e just to build upon the stock setting of the truck; upgraded alternator, upgrade the power and ground wires (the big 3), shift kit, corvette...- 99'Subourbon

Is Rough Country worth the money?
If you don't like the shocks and intend to upgrade them, skip Rough Country and go with Superlift (with the Superride SS Bilstein shocks); It's a stouter lift, and at only 100$ more than rough country, you get $400 shocks.
