So I got a good deal on a 5.7 Vortec stock replacement motor with little to no miles on it, was in a buddy’s truck and the truck was totaled so we pulled the motor and I put it on my truck cuz it was basically new. Was going through the garage today and came across the new power steering pump which was waiting for something with a small block Chevy to come along and be put in. I had to rob a pulley off a scrap pump but After I do tie rods bushings and ball joints the steering should work like new again...- 97 bowtie

So when I was done mounting the evap sensor the wire for it was way to tight and not gonna work, so I had to go hunt in the wiring harness for more slack, I found plenty and put a new roll of tape wrap back around the harness before I loomed it back up. also the trans cooler fitting that came...- 97 bowtie

Lol completely agreed. it was a quick deal my buddy had the motor up for sale on Monday and it was in the car with a transmission and headers bolted to it by Friday, she definitely needs a good cleaning lol- 97 bowtie

Got the trans cooler plumbed up today had to take the factory lines and had to redesign them to basically take a few factory bends out and make them lower to fit the new trans cooler, I was able to take the factory connections out of the stock cooler and get them to work with the 6an fittings I...- 97 bowtie
