Yes, one bulb/socket is for backlighting when dash lights are on, the second show's when 4wd has engaged by lighting up another portion of the shifter bezel.- 83GMCK2500

Bought a CC Dually 454 Whipple
When you have a minute research the forging process. Cast = molten metal poured into a mold. Forged = a very nearly molten piece of metal is placed in a form mold and a very large hammer with another mold on it's face strikes it. There is no such thing as automatic high beams. The only thing that some rearview mirrors have that is related to headlights is the electrochromatic function. When some jackass comes up behind you with high beams on, or cheap **** ebay/amazon lights with a bunch of glare, the mirror will dim...- 83GMCK2500

GMT400 frame styles
Weird, they still work fine for me. As I said in my post those are from the GM Upfitter guides. HD frame specs for GMT-800 2500HD/3500 pickups as compared to 1500. If I posted Medium Duty I would label it as such, but that wasn't relevant to this post.- 83GMCK2500

NBS Front Brake Swap for OBS Trucks
The shock mounting wasn't terribly difficult to overcome, just that the points on each LCA were the shock mounts are in different locations. Turning radius sucks dick. Not in a good way.- 83GMCK2500
