Anyone know a source for a nice looking front floor liner similar to weathertech, weathertech is not available for my 98 and weathertech will not step out there and tell me if any newer model will cross with mine and fit.. Don't want to spend 125.00 on a guess !
I am looking for a floor liner not just a mat. I bought a set of Coverall liners and they looked really nice online, but I do not like them now that I have them. The corner of the liner that is supposed to lap over tunnel is like a big elephant ear that will not conform or stay in place and wants to fold back towards accelerator pedal.
I dont care for the diamond plate husky liner look at all, and don't really care for the deep slush grooves either. I am looking for a nice look like weathertech has.
Anyone familiar with the floor and transmission tunnels and what will work for a fact and not by guess ?
Thanks in advance

Check the Cabela's web site ,one of the mats/liners is made by weathertech for Cabela's
Went there, came up empty on year. Wish I had some floor pan and transmission tunnel info that could tell me how far up might work.. Or as most things the break off is 98 and all above is different. I hate to buy high dollar items on guess work.

I got a set of weathertechs out of a 2001. Took some trimming but they eventually fit.
Where did you have to trim ?
I contacted weathertech support and of course was told they never made liners for these years, If i am not mistaken and remember right they said 01-02 was the first production they made liners for. But as usual in today's world when asked about cross reference, if it is not in the computer they did not know. I am a little funny that way, when you open the door I like things to look appealing, and like it to look like it belongs there. If I wanted the Classic Husky Liner diamond plate they are available but I dont like the look.
Thanks

FYI, Weathertech does make mats for the GMT400 Suburban, and I've read that the front two will fit a regular truck just fine. I believe the reason they don't market them for the trucks as well has something to do with a slight difference in dimensions due to the Suburban having vents down low under the seats.

EDIT - Here's a link to the Suburban set.

You're welcome! If you end up getting them let us know how you like them. My factory GM mats in my Suburban are losing the little nubs on the back that keep them in place on the carpet, so I'm starting to look around for replacements. The Weathertechs look like a really nice option.

Will do, used the part number and found a pair on ebay, I pulled the trigger on them. Worse come to worse and they don't fit I will find someone on the board with a burb to give a good deal to.
Thanks again
