No idea. Told the seller what I wanted & for what. He handled the rest. I'd measure them if someone would be able to inform me the proper way to do that. The wheels are off the truck right now, too.

Lay the wheel on its face, put a staight edge across the rim and measure down to the mounting surface-thats your back spacing. Subtract that from your rim width and you know how far they stick out from the hub. Drop a string down from your fender with a weight on it, and measure to your hub. If the first number is greater than the second number its not going to work. If the first number is less than an inch less than the second number its going to rub at least occasionally.

Hello all,
I'm brand new to the forum. Me and my father bought a '93 stepside 7 years ago to eventually become a hot rod project. We finally just bought the entire belltech 4/6 drop with spindles and springs in the front, and the flip kit for the rear. My question is that I saw the youtube video of guys installing the western chassis c-notch with a "sandwich plate" for extra support it appears. Does the belltech c-notch come with this sandwich plate? I would prefer the extra support especially since we want to eventually put some substantial power to the truck in the future.

The Belltech notch will do just fine. If you stand back and look at it, you will realize that all the power is going through the front spring hanger so the notched area strength doesnt really matter much. That and the BT notch is heavier wall that the frame. Ive seen guys, that were worried about it for trailer towing, weld their notch in after it was bolted down. After that, its stronger than the stock frame.

Awesome! I know we are definitely planning on welding the c-notch in as well. I have been reading on this for in for the past few years and we're excited to finally get this truck laying down. This is what we are starting with now.

Post here if you have a simple question. This will help keep track of common info and reduce clutter.
Hey fellas
Getting ready to do a drop kit. Curious if anyone has heard of maxtrac suspension. Found a 3/5 kit. Was wondering what you all thought of the brand

When I look at flip kits for this truck, none of them come with the U bolts. Can I reuse the factory U bolts or do I need longer ones? I'd expect the factory ones to be long enough but I would hate to have my trucks rear end apart just to find out I have to order them from somewhere.
