On a TBI, those 2 wires go to the ECM/PCM, each to a different connector. It doesn't matter if they're combined on one ring terminal connector or 2, as long as you get a good connection. Just find a 5/16" (maybe 3/8" since it's a metric stud) ring terminal and crimp the hell out of it/them.

That is called a ring terminal. A universal one of the correct gauge and ring diameter will work well. From memory the ring needs to be 3/8". The wires are 14-16 ga. A larger gauge Blue color coded terminal should crimp tightly on two wires at the same time. Strip both, twist them together, insert into the connector and crimp tightly with the appropriate crimping tool.

Yeah, I tried that many posts ago. She insists it can’t be done. :nono:

I don't get it. I have repaired multiple trucks and vans the same way. My 97 Express has the one on the rear of the head repaired that way now and is driven all the time. One wire goes to the ABS and the other the 02 sensor heaters.

I also throw the star washers away. Sand the contact point until it is good clean metal, tighten the connection, then put some dielectric grease over the finished connection to seal out moisture and corrosion.

Maybe you are talking about one of the ground terminals found in the attached Delphi Grounding Systems catalog, such as these:

I don't think you can find those particular ring terminals anymore. Best bet is to use a more modern ring terminal found in the Aptiv Global Connection Systems Catalog, in particular p. 9-3.

To crimp any of these well, properly, you need a proper crimper which usually go around $100. If that's not for you, you might want to just head to local hardware store or Amazon and find a ring terminal like one of these that can be crimped with a less costly crimper:

As has been said...this is a "no-big-deal" job.

Strip to bright, shiny copper-colored wire (no green, corroded copper allowed. (Add a length of proper-gauge wire as needed to get to copper-colored wire--a couple inches, or a foot or more. Whatever it takes. A crimped connection covered in heat-shrink tubing would be fine.)

Crimp a ring terminal onto the original, stripped wires if they're still long enough, or onto your wire-harness-repair section. Wire brush the stud and nut so it's nice and shiny, no corrosion.

Bolt it down. Protect it with dielectric grease, or paint, or whatever you like, as desired.

Done.

You can purchase a weather pack terminal crimper for around 20 bucks on Amazon.
