So, I'm really hoping the air ride/bagged guys might help out here. Im looking for a compressor/air tank combo that is reliable, fairly quiet, and kinda badass to use for my boost control.

Any suggestions, information, or shop talk is appreciated!!!!
Bagged you say??
How much volume and pressure do you need?

I'm not an air ride guy, so I don't really know my options.... maybe a 2 or 3 gallon with a 1.5+ cfm at 150-175 psi....
What gate/controller are you using? I'll do some research.
I gotta say though, I run a 2lb co2 bottle on my bike for both the shifter and AMS 500 boost controller, per the guy who tuned it, and it lasts months of track use. Mount a 2 or 5lb bottle (outside the cab) in a reasonably accessible spot, plumb in a remote pressure gauge and link it to a failsafe and I think that would be a better setup. Just carry a spare full bottle with you.

With money on the line, I'd trust a CO2 bottle before I would trust an air compressor and tank. Those things always fail or have leaks.

My air ride leaks down slowly, and it's worse in cold weather. I could hardline it and it would be less of a problem, but having driven big trucks for decades I'm confident that all air systems are prone to leakage.

Here's a link to a thread on YB. Post 2 has a comprehensive parts list.
I recommend Viair for a compressor, they're proven. I run dual Viair 444c compressors but you don't need one that big. I have 2 5 gallon tanks plumbed together.
Carry spare fittings (I use push-loc fittings) and extra line.
