I just seen a guy up here yesterday with his low beams blue on a ram.
but I’m just putting them out there I’m sure someone on here has a somewhat of a show truck they could go onto! And or a 400 they take out on weekends or small car shows and looking for that lol something extra to be set apart? Lol I had a cop a couple weeks ago tail me in other lane then stop at a light as though he had 1-2 cars in front of him to run my plate like don’t harass me either mind your own if I’m just driving or fffffff pull me over don’t do weird aaa stuff like I don’t have eyes and my family in the car!!
I know some are “just doin they job” but that’s not doin they job that’s purposely going outta they way to harass people like I have a warrant out phsss get real small towner

Yellow red and white are the only color lights non-emergency vehicles can legally use on the road.
Anything blue that faces forward will get you some quality time with your local constabulary, which may result in you receiving an award.

So, this reminded me of a stunt I pulled back in my 20's. It was 02 or 03... and I had a near brand new Pontiac Sunfire at the time. Slowest thing on 4 wheels. I found a red neon light and mounted it inside the car, just behind the sunroof. It would beat with the bass (LOL) and then I found the same thing in blue and mounted it right beside the red one.

That childish setup worked GREAT to get through traffic at night. No one knew the difference. The only thing that would have made it more convincing would have been to have a faster car LOL. This was before social media, the mass production of smart devices, and way before the general public was spoonfed all the lies.

All that, and I never once got pulled over for illegal equipment. Speeding, however, is a different story.

I like the 60/40 seat in front, I wish mine was the same.

Third-row seat appears to be vinyl or leather, doesn't match the rest.

Is there an RPO for the third-row seat? I didn't find any mentioned in the RPO list. Maybe the seat shown was added later, hence the mismatch.

I wonder if the AC still works. No mention in the listing.

"including rust proofing (undercoated every year)"... could be a red flag.

The ad says the ABS light just came on. Unless the brake pedal is mush, that's likely a bad wheel hub.

Found this on a backroad for sale on the side of the road. I’m going to test drive it Thursday and most likely buying it! 1997 4x4, 280k on the dash, factory replacement motor with about 140k he says. Purrs like a cat, pretty bad exhaust leak due to cracked manifold(easily weld able). Awesome truck though.
Update…..
Front end needed a rebuild, needed a new passenger manifold, and needed some brake work. Dad thought $2700 would be too much(I disagreed). Said to offer him $2k for a running driving 4x4 suburban. I’m not very happy cause that was too low for the guy.

$2700 seems low to me (this coming from Mr. Cheapo), especially if it's rust free and 4x4. Around here that could go for $3500+, especially this time of year.

I paid $3000 for my C1500 Burb L31, in 2013, had 130K on the clock. If I had to replace it, would probably cost what I paid for Rawhide....
Your Dad sounds like mine; if he was still around, he'd probably be telling me how I got reamed on the crew cab. On the other hand, he always wanted a square body CCLB (we almost bought one in Bastrop, coming home from Austin!).
