Sounds like an incident where I work. Our company shares a parking lot with a landscape company, which had a dude in a big articulated loader back into a co-worker's late model pickup truck, which in turn pushed it into another coworkers pickup. Operator was unlicensed for heavy equipment, so owner of the landscaping company opted to pay out of pocket to replace the one truck, and repair the other.

Could have also been left on the loading dock or warehouse floor too long before getting in the cooler. Dairy coolers are supposed to be at 35°, but some places aren't careful how long cold pallets stay out of the cooler.....and product rotation is not always followed either.
I've been getting a lot of milk that goes sour quickly lately

Yeah that was probably cheaper than a lawsuit....
I remember covering a Walmart several years ago, for my boss, that wasn't a store I normally worked. We're in there in the evening when they're unloading the freight trailers, and the forklift guy is seriously hot rodding the rig. Almost hit me and a couple of other people. If looks could kill, he'd have fell off that thing, stone dead.....and of course there's no manager around to see them doing this stuff.

Got involved with the maintenance guys Thursday; I was loading some racks in the warehouse portion of the factory and noticed these legs all twisted. The exterior ones were what I noticed first, someone must've backed into them and bent them up. The second set I didn't notice until another coworker pointed them out.
I reported to the supervisor since I know no one else would have, and with almost 15K pounds worth of springs sitting on them I legs wouldn't fair too good with any more impacts. Pics really don't do any justice, these things were smoked.

Makes my blood boil when people try to hide their f_ck ups, especially in an instance where other people and products could be put in jeopardy.
That's really shittty that the responsibile party didn't report damage that could put others at risk. **** like that is why I like dogs more than most people.

Didn't any security cameras catch the accident?

There is quite a few cameras around that area but I don't know if any of them caught the guilty party.

Wish I remembered this thread when I saw the other incident, there was a temp employee a couple weeks ago who was nothing but trouble, trying to start fights with coworkers, just all around being a nuisance; well he hit a rack and hit it hard, and instead of doing the right thing and letting someone know he drove off. One of my coworkers went and alerted the assistant manager, and trouble employee was reprimanded.

Well apparently he thought I was the one who told the supervisor, so he tried starting sh*t 4 different times after the rack collision, I don't understand the childish mindset of some people. I'm 26, I'm not gonna fist fight the 21 year old temp because he thinks I tattled. It's such a mystery to me how people can conduct themselves in a manner like that on a daily basis.

Plumber here. A few years back we had to replace the sewer line in a city house that was in decrepit condition. The older dude who lived there was a hoarder, and kept crapping in the toilet even after the drain completely stopped.

High school in my hometown reportedly has a litter box in the bathroom for students who 'identify' as a cat ... pure insanity... and shame on the school for entertaining/enabling it.
Until I actually see pictures of this, I'm figuring that's a crazy rumor....
