Never again, biggest PITA putting this in

All electrical reconnected, no fires or explosions. Started right up

Almost all buttoned up,

Steering buttons are working

Its all good until the sun goes down, drove around the block, no power to any tail lights or license plate, and speedometer not working, tach is working ish, further investigation required


Edit: looking at the diagram jogged my memory, there was a really ***** connector to replug under the brake cylinder so i moved on, must have forgot about it, sure enough thats the connector to the taillights

Ligthts fixed, police cluster all working, dash is done

First door torn down and built back started, restomodair.com membrane product 5mm

Compared to the other stuff on the market, 80 mil, this stuff is 196 mil. They have 8mm for the roof and firewall area which is about 314 mils

I got it out of a 99 burb, but i found a video about how to take apart the lights for a 95-2002 astro van
