I have a 1994 Chevy Cheyenne C1500 with a 4.3L V6 engine. I bought the truck for about $1100 a few years ago. Since then I have over $10,000 in receipts fixing up, servicing, and restoring this truck. And I have over 60 videos on my YouTube channel of the truck. Here's the playlist. After all this time I decided to create a GMT400 Buyers Guide on my website. If you're looking for a one-stop resource for GMT 400 upgrades take a look at my article. It's complete. That said, if there's something you think needs to be added to the list, you can email me directly on my website. There's a link at the bottom of the article. https://www.buildpriceoption.com/gmt400-upgrades/

This company has a more affordable option for a rear disk brake upgrade for these trucks compared to other well known companies. I know $400 kit is more up my alley than the $1200+ option. Big brake kits would be cool and all but these will still make a good upgrade. If you buy this company’s adapter they send a parts list along with it and most of the parts are rock auto parts and bolts right together

Thank you. Are you having a weak blower motor issue maybe?
Good volume of air coming thru vents. No difference w/ air volume using temp control. There is a lot of air being expelled from the blower case toward the firewall ?? Heat just doesnt get hot as anything I have ever owned. AC works great, no engine thermostat, but runs 160-180 all day long.

well I dont mean to sound like an a$$hole but it looks like you awnserd your own question...

without a thermostat the engine will NEVER get up to operating temps and therefore the coolant will NEVER get hot enough to blow warm air.

put a thermostat in your truck before you destroy that engine.
