Greetings all,
So I remember seeing a truck way back in 93 at truckin nats. Pigeon Forge., it was a phantom dually. I was only into mini's back then so I never asked deets. Few questions.

Truck is 94 gmc 1500 sclwb
1) anyone done this? Pros/cons?
2) I'm planning 4/6 traditional drop so possible wheel sizes? I was thinking stay 15"
3) decent aftermarket fenders?
4) has anyone narrowed fenders?

Any info at all would help.

so it had a super single in the rear? which would have been a SRW 14B swapped into a DRW truck with a really wide/low offest wheel.

Yes a single tire, reminded me of a big tire drag car. I wouldnt want so much sidewall but tire options are much greater now.

Trying to set up single wheel phantom dually on my 94 c1500, want to use 15" wheels but not sure about offset, tire size ect.

Would like a decent sidewall on tires.

I'm going to use 4/6 traditional drop.
Truck will never need to haul anything other than passengers.

I'm leery of adaptors & spacers but if it's the only way then I guess it's what needs to be done.

How will you get the wheels to the outside of the flares without spacers? Or are you just wanting to run a really wide wheel and tire setup? What are you going to use for flares?

Most of what I've seen, is 15x14 wheels, with a 29x18x15 tire. Not seeing any back space info for the wheels though.

Yeah I was thinking really deep wheels & was gonna try to use replacement fenders from same year.
I was thinking bout narrowing said fenders just a lil if need be.
