Paid too much for it for a plain part out. More of a parts exchanged and back for sale. Paint is bad and interior dirty.

Don't know how it is in your part of Texas, but in Houston area, as long as it runs, people don't care too much about looks if it's old enough.

Ain't that the truth. I've seen some ragged rough 400s still on the road. Makes me wonder how they do it lol

I've seen a bunch of square body trucks that fit that description too. Definitely"rode hard and put up wet"....

Don't know how it is in your part of Texas, but in Houston area, as long as it runs, people don't care too much about looks if it's old enough.

It also has all the warning lights up(air bag, security, abs, engine), to be diagnosed transmission issue(ran 4k rpm up hills on the highway) , long crank, speedometer that reads 100mph when at 75-80.

Ah, yes, that does complicate things.....
My Burb has the security light on, because I had the passlock delete done, and the ABS light is on because the wiring harness on the right front wheel got loose from its clips and the wires got cut. Truck still stops great though!

Abs light resolved on 99 after fixing tore wire.
