It looks like the C-notches you received are possibly for a 67 - 72 GM C10. Those trucks have a slight bend in their frame at that location. Do a google image search and you will see what I mean.

Wow...maybe it's just the pic but those look like crap. Don't think I would be using those to support a notched frame, especially not on a dually.

Richard
The one on the left has an incomplete weld, with a possible linear crack. Considering that's what I see from a single photo, and that they are painted, further investigation is needed.

I wonder if the bend is supposed to be some sort of built in tension causing design so the bolts don’t back out. Maybe they had issues with the bolts backing out as some people don’t have access to a welder.

I had a c3500 a d C1500 a d none had a bend in the frame at the rear. On the c3500 I installed a set of air bags that had brackets and they were straight. No bend. And the frame was straight in that area.

I would call the manufacturer and get some clarification as to why the C notch plates are bent inward like that.

Wait.......is Western Chassis that one company that back in the day took up about 1/4 of the Truckin’ magazine with their “special” ad. I though those guys were out of business

It was AIM industries that took up half the magazine with their ads. The names of all their products were close to the real products they were knocking off, with cheap China crap. Like Denominator bags, instead of Dominator.

Built-in tension? :D now it's getting silly.. they sent him the wrong parts. And the parts they sent look like they suck anyway. Send 'em back, buy a quality brand instead, strongly suggest BellTech for the flip kit and notches.

Yep.. and all their related companies like Airbagit dot com, can't remember didn't they have a copy of the Ratical tops thing too? Some of the cheapest crap I've ever seen. Leftover dudes from those companies probably made the notches in OP's pic. :D

I wouldn't bunch suicide doors.com with airbagit/AIM. The former actually had good quality products, made in the US, while the latter was probably responsible for numerous catastrophic failures on the road.
