Finished bolting down the Tahoe rear seats this afternoon. It’s not too hard of a retrofit. The large seat on the driver side had one bolt hole that lined up, then I had to drill the rest. The smaller seat on the passenger side didn’t line up with any of the stock holes, so it took some measuring and drilling. I used grade 8 bolts with large fender washers to kinda spread the load out on the floor pan. I did have to use 2 short pieces of “1 square tubing as spacers for the two inner rear mounts. But now it’s pretty solid.

Installed the headliner material on my roof console. This alone was harder than the whole headliner.

Just wrapped and before cutting out the holes

So I went to the junkyard a few weeks ago and took the rear view mirror out of a 2000 OBS Yukon, and it has all of these wires coming from it....does anyone know which wires are keyed on power, ground, and the two for the temp sensor? I don’t care about any of the other options.

This mirror doesn’t match the sticky thread in the interior section.

So I found this, which appears to work judging from the sketchy alligator clipped jumper wire rig I used. Now I just need to run a switched hot wire, and temp sensor wires up the A pillar

Just ordered a new radiator from Rock Auto. The existing one has gotten to leaking pretty bad. It won’t be here til Friday, so I’ll have to watch the coolant closely since I will have to drive it this week until someone comes out and repairs our garage door so we can get my wife’s car out

Got done with my honey do list this afternoon and went out and accomplished a few things.

Dying the grab handles so they can dry while I’m doing other stuff.

Got the temp / compass mirror installed and wired up, and installed my O/H console with its fresh new matching headliner material.
