Didn't get any pics of the **** show last night but the truck club had a little trail ride last night. I came a little late and caught up to the group shortly after they got three trucks absolutely BURIED, and a 4th got tangled up in the mess as I was walking up to the front to assess the situation. An old exploder, a 400 hoe, a ram 1500 on a 6" lift was up against the front right door of the hoe, and her husband had his eclb 2500 stuck with tension on a strap trying to pull her off the hoe. I did a lot of digging for about 2 hours in single digit temps.

The section that bunged everyone up was a 3 way intersection/transition area. Slightly uphill, banking left. Going right brought you to a dead end. So left was the only place the group could really go. The right break was level and passable. One truck wide.

The left side was pretty wide 3-4 trucks wide, banked left pretty hard and the cross trail was a table top. Trail leader (ecsb) got buried right away. Next in line pulled him back, he took the right break for round 2 and found a turn around. Got stuck again second in line took the right break and got him free again and let him pass by. Third in line was the exploder who took the left break. Immediately slid down the banking and off the trail in the middle of the corner. [emoji1787] Hoe tried to get around him and framed out. Big ram got past him and got bunged up on the table top ledge. Tried working her way up and over but gravity pulled her into the hoe. Ecsb hooked a strap, tried to tug her off and the right tire on the ram planted and the left lifted up. Ecsb stuck once again with tension on the strap.

I backed an entire mile to the start of the trail, went to the other end where we would pop out and backed another half mile in to the group for a better eye and some lighting. I dig around the hoe, he was free. That gave the ram some wiggle room. Enough that we could use a pry bar to pop the strap loose she had enough space to wiggle around now and blasted out of there with no trouble in board slide fashion. Ecsb tried to follow and slid off the table top and into the **** again. Super duty hauled his ass out for a third time. A bunch more digging around the crazy ******* in the exploder and he finally got back on trail under his own power and opted to take the right break this time along with everyone else.

**** was fookin mad y'all. I had a great time.

That Ford with the purple underglow deserved to get stuck. Should have left it out there....

I've added at least 80 HPs.
But how much torx? That's the real question...

The Beagles are 15+ years old, maybe their last year with us, great companion dogs

My cousin has a young one, after the older beagle he had passed a few years ago. They got Charlie from a rescue agency in Houston; he had been rehomed twice. My family lived with my cousin, his wife and 3 dogs ( Charlie and 2 older females who were mutts) for about 6 months. I really enjoyed playing with him, wrestling on the floor and playing tug of war with his rope toys.
I'd love to have a dog now, but don't really have the budget for a pet as well as an old truck. But it's neat seeing the different dogs many of my neighbors in the trailer park have.

He did great out there. Zero troubles. Along with the other 7 or so that didn't get stuck.
Aka...”pics or it didn’t happen “
sampup, this is the f-Ing picture thread, not the “story about how you should have had a great picture but somehow you have no pictures “ thread ( playfully...don’t taze me/ kill me bro !
Pics of trail conditions right before the cluster. I'll be heading back out to the area in a couple days for the aftermath of the bad spot.

I dunno about that. They seem to do pretty good. And the gmt 400 k2500 got drug around most of the night by a 2019 f250 with a 6.2

I like what works. What's on the grille doesn't matter. I loved my 97 k1500 and I would buy another in a heartbeat if it was clean, and I had the space for a 4th ride. But GM has gone downhill. And that new thing they call a silverado????? Disgrace. I'm struggling to find a GM anything in the last 5 years that I like. That's why I'm in a Ra'am. And had I been in a position to bump my budget another 10g's I would have been in a 5.0 aluminum f1shiddy.

I was making fun of the lights. I think they're lame as ****. But, that's just my opinion.

I agree GM is struggling lately, with the exception of the C8, and CT6V there's nothing in the lineup I like, and both of those are out of my budget. I've owned well over 100 cars and trucks in the 34 years I've had a driver's license, several have been Fords. Got nothing against them, it's the lights I hate....

.

Haha as I'm putting rock lights on my truck. Well everyone's got their own taste. Mine will be for both show and for help at night for random things. They help when changing tires or putting snow chains on in the dark. Better then fumbling a flashlight around.

Do you bruh! As I said it's merely my opinion. The world would be a boring place without variety.

The lights I nor ally don't like either. But the club we are in does a ton of stuff for kids. Lots of birthday drive bys, holiday parades, and we even do a monthly light show at the children's hospital. Before I got I to the club I would have never bothered with them but the stuff we doo it adds a lot of flair and the kids love it.
