Final parts finally showed up yesterday and after I got home from work Dad and I tore apart the front end and put the new stuff on. Worked from about 7:30 P to about 1:30 A. Everything came off easily but putting it on was a different story. We noticed the bumper had a minor ding and the impact strip was damaged and pieces were broken off. We are calling LMC with a bone to pick because they sent a damaged strip and bumper. Found a way to get the strip on the bumper and all worked out ok. Clear lights and grille look great and so does the new bumper.

Where did you get the clear corners for the grille?

I found a local guy that does window tint for the low. Thinking of going 15% on the side windows and 35% on the shield and back glass. After that we will probably get audio taken care of and then start saving for paint. I am just going to keep it the same turquoise and gray.

Been a little bit since I have posted but i figured I would give yall an update. Dad asked i I wanted a shotgun or truck stuff for Christmas and as enticing as a brand new 12 gauge sounds, I opted for truck stuff. I have no clue what that entails but I think it is along the lines of a toolbox, sub, or touch screen. We were able to track down a black UWS for a stepside on their website. I get paid tuesday which means windows will be tinted over the weekend. After that the great paint-job save will begin. Then I will have my seat recovered and either deep clean or replace A-pillars and such. Hoping for the truck to be done by about August.

It’s interesting that you'd choose a light tint on the back glass than you would in the sides

From my understanding the truck has zero tint on it at all. It had some really crappy 35% on the sides that i tore off a few months back. I want it so that the sun won't be constantly beating down on me and just for some privacy. I'm getting a great deal, all of that for $200 does not sound all that bad
