I got some tint sprayed today, I went a little too heavy and they came out darker than I was wanting. The lights are more or less pitch black, they came out alright though. Quite a few dust nibs but nothing major, going to finish them up tomorrow.

I'll chime in on the LMC harness as well, as I have one on my 98 and haven't had any issues. I think I've had it for almost 2 years now.

Finished up the lights today, got them sanded, cleared, sanded again then polished. They came out great.

There is only one problem, the VHT turned the orange light to red.

I swapped out the 194 in the corners for some LED's I used in the interior. I need to swap the 1157A's out for some regular 1157's then I'll be good.

The light output is pretty dim as expected. I'd put tint film on them if I did it again, would have achieved the same look and been easier.

I'm torn between getting black logo caps & blacking out the bowtie or keeping the bowtie gold and getting gold logo caps.

I think a black bowtie would look nice, or a colormatched one would look good too.

Well, the turn signals still aren't a passable color after putting new bulbs in, with normal 1157's the light was still red. When I put some white 1157 LED's the light was teal around the edges and red in the middle. So the black turn signals are a no go, have to swap them out again.

I wanted to color match the mirrors, wouldn't be hard to do the bowtie as well, you got me thinking.
