Lets make this simple for you,replace the TPS switch on side of your TBI,And everything will go back to normal

If it only does it when the engine is running I don't think the TPS is the problem.

I usually use Gumout. But any good brand will do. Just make sure you get throttle body cleaner and not old fashioned carburetor cleaner. Supposedly carburetor cleaner is not good for throttle bodies. You can probably get a can at your local Walmart or any of your favorite parts stores for a few bucks.

Also look at the throttle cable and linkage and be sure that they're not binding up somewhere. The linkage likely needs a little bit of lubrication, and it all works better when clean and lubed.

The throttle cable is fine. Not binding up on the plastic sheath or anywhere else

Maybe this afternoon. It's a spare pickup so it's not an emergency.

The butterflies are sticking when its running cause the vacuum is pulling it further shut. Take the plug out of idle screw and give it 1/8-1/4 turn and i bet it fixes it

1/8 -1/4;will still keep tps in range also. Much more will require ut to be set witch is a easy deal also
