Started to clean the carpets. Gunna pull the front seat out. I need to order front floor pans. They are bad. While pulling it up to see how bad they are I discovered an any colony. My buddy is bringing his ozone machine so we can kill all the little ********. Then that way I can pull the carpet out and shampoo on the floor and get every square inch.

Been busy helping my dad install a new man door and fix and re wire the garage and install lighting, need to get the rear seat mounts cut. Yes, cut. Out. The bolt heads are so rusted out. I'll need to make my own seat mounts or just find new ones
And shined a bit of trim. Can't wait to polish out the rest of the car out, depending on the floor condition of course.

Well. I am officially 0 for 2 on G bodies.

She's for sale for parts only. Not committed enough to put floor boards plus into.

My cousin bought a 72 chevelle like that. No trunk floor to speak of and rotten floor pans too. He wanted a Chevelle cause his best friend got a cherry 68 SS396, with a 4speed too. That car was so fine!
It got rolled one night when the guy was out late coming home from a bar or two. He's driving it in heaven though I'm sure (didn't die in the wreck, many years later of cancer though). And my cousin found out why the chevelle he could afford was so cheap.... I think he got most of what he had in it when he sold it on. And I don't think it was a northern car even, just neglected. Since then he's stuck with pickups.

I knew it needed a driver's side front floor pan and a little bit of patch and trunk I didn't expect to pull the seat belt latch out of the passenger side and the passenger side to be that bad because there's a heat shield there and I didn't see it from the below and most the stuff in the back seat and the floor was just me playing around the hammer after just trying to find any more soft spots
