With those deep trim rings I'm pretty certain those are 8" wide. Now you can see where they would be an issue with more drop..

Truck looks great, btw

Yes I can see where they're may be a problem at 4/6. The rally wheels are 15x8 with 4 inch back spacing? Is that correct? I may be better off just ordering a set of what I originally wanted which were the 15× 8 corvette style wheels. I can order them with what ever backspacing I need. With a 275 60 15 on the rear would 4 1/2 be or 4 3/4 bs be enough to keep the tire away from the lip of the bed and still won't be near the leaf or anything else? Same thing on the fronts. 15x7 with a 255 60 15 , or 245 60 15, what backspacing? I don't want to interfere with the lower control arm or anything else any more that I may have to already. Any help would be appreciated. Yes that is a sweet stance on his truck.

Im running 15×8 with a 2/4 drop and they do not rub but they r close. So i willing to bet they will w a 4/6. If those rallies are a good deal id get em anyway. Those deep rally wheels are hard to come by Especially finding a whole set of 15×8s that are not mismatched

Are you on 275/60/15 tires?

Do you guys think 235/75/15's would rub?

I already have some 15x8 rally's with 235/75/15 Good Year Wranglers, I was planning on going with a 4/6 drop, wondering if I'm going to have issues now. I had specifically gotten these wheels for the 4/6 drop too, I didn't think it would be an issue.

Glad this thread came along...

235/75's are way too narrow for an 8" wheel. Depending on brand/model of tire that size looks skinny even on a 7" wheel. On an 8", it would look "stretched" like a gay stanced Honda. IMO.

If you're worried about clearance issues then store those extra 8" wheels in your garage and put 7" on the front.

They don't really look that stretched to me. Seems pretty reasonable.

I guess the only way to really know if to drop the front and see if they fit or not. Finding a 7" rally is pretty easy anyway.

I bought the setup like this. Only pic I have off hand...

Like I said, "depends on the brand/model of tire" - speaking from personal experience.
