My 89 has the quad headlights. The only other front fascia I would put is the W/T fascia but I like my quad headlights way too much. It’s a very distinctive look.

I'm partial to the '88-'89 quad glass headlight look. The trucks just look meaner and you never have to worry about headlight lenses yellowing. The GMC grille is the one I prefer from those years as it's got the solid amber side marker and also looks a bit tougher. Plus, you can't beat that bold red "GMC" in the center of the grille.

I agree, out of all the 88-93 grilles, the GMC one (with the solid amber marker) has to be my favorite one.

I agree, the later series grilles are cleaner, smoother designs. We can thank the nascar super truck (Craftsman truck series) for that. If you have the Silverado grille and paint the little bars( the recessed ones) black then you have a cool floating bar grille look.

A guy did that to a dually in my area, he left the center bar chrome but painted the rest of the grille black, truck is also black, I'll try to get some pics of it sometime, it looks pretty nice. He's also got a real nice white W/T K1500 and a lowered orange W/T C1500.

As someone who’s 4 out 5 GMT400s had WT grilles, you come to hate them pretty quickly due to lack of options on customizing, and lack of chrome. Maybe that’s why I’ve converted all but one of mine.

I’ve always liked the 94-98 Chevy grills better than the GMCs...but I don’t think I’d want a Chevy grill on my GMC lol

I converted my Chevy to the GMC grille and trim, just need to find "SLX" or "SLE" badges for behind the doors to replace the Scottsdale ones I should have, but never had. I'm pretty sure they were all built at the same plants anyway, certainly look the same. Unless you pop open my glove box or scan the VIN you'd never know. People often say, "That's a nice GMC you've got there!" LoL yup, sure is...
