Drop shackles & hangers, can I do flip?

Have a long bed W/T and lowered the rear with shackles and hangers. Anyone know if I can do a axle flip too? Getting a lot of confusing data online. I’m probably reading the wrong **** as usual. Any help is appreciated.

A flip with shackles & hangars will get 10" of drop. 9" if you move up one hole on the shackles.
