OK, so I've seen pics with the master cyl lines with the front port to the rear of the prop valve (rear brakes) and I with it going to the front port (front brakes), what is the diff? In the pics above, yours and mine are 180 out. so my ?? is do I have it set up wrong? My Prop valve is from a 06 burban, the MC is from a 02-4 1500.

mine is setup just like it was after removing the dump valve and the black box (which more guys than not say sucks), we figured why hook it back up, if it didnt work so well before why would it now with disc brakes???
They are working well as the cross hatch marks are disappearing, stops just like my tundra does so Im happy

I don’t think this upgrade does much with the stock vacuum booster from what I read and tried.

The LS kit uses the calipers and rotors from a 79-85 eldorado (and a bunch of other GM cars). I paired it with a gmt 800 hydro boost and master and a heidts proportioning valve (for ps/and brakes not front and rear) and am super satisfied.

Also you need a gmt hydroboost pedal.

For what the kit costs, it made sense to me to do the rest of this upgrade. When it’s done it’s great.

I know its been almost 2 months, but I'm getting ready to order the same kit for my 97.. Did you get around to installing, and if so how did yours go?
Feeling a little concerned about spending this much money to get better brakes and better pedal, and there are more than a few instances it seems of better performance but still crappy pedal feel.

brake line was kind of a pain to connect but for the most part it was pretty straight forward. I used a sawzall to remove the drum plates.

the upgraded master is nice too, Much better pedal feel and braking power.
