Yes enquiring minds want to know on the police package calipers. It's obvious the piston is bigger on yours compared to stock 1993 calipers. How much bigger is the question? Plus the sucky part is I already bought a couple seal kits to redo my original calipers. Wonder if the cop stuff is just a better grade of seals and pistons, or if it's a bigger bore. Where did you get the nice gold cad plated ones your installing for $32 each. They look like new pieces and not remanned parts.

Police package calipers have an 80mm bore; regular 1/2 ton calipers have a 75mm bore. That's a 14% increase in piston area. If you want your brakes to be as good as possible with bolt on parts, the 80mm calipers are the way to go. If you don't need that, rebuild your calipers, spend the money you saved on better brake pads, and you'll have the 90% solution.

Finally finished my trailer and now have some time to give this truck. Hoping to have it done by the end of the month. The low mile interior I bought should be here Monday and bed should be painted by then too.

Also printed a panel to fit in the radio delete for the rear air shocks. Still have a small pocket for keys and the remote for the radio
