So after a new fuel filter I thought my hesitation upon accelerating was cured, and I was wrong for whatever reason. It started running worse that ever :( On the way to and from our Veterans Day show it was pretty bad. So I thought maybe its the TBI itself thats the culprit so I went to YouTube and found a great video on rebuilding the unit. Bought the kit plus new injectors and tried doing it my self, had a few hiccups but Im glad to say it made the truck seem like a new motor was in it, WHAT A DIFFERENCE, WOW :) It actually seems lkie it has some power now, accelerates smooth and steady!!! Well worth the price of admission and time to do it!!!!
Oh yeah, and it won 1st place in the 1960 - present trucks, very satisfying
Thanks to all that tried helping me figure this out.

The most difficult problem was the pressure regulator gasket with a little round disc that had to remain centered on the fuel inlet as you try to compress the spring and insert 4 screwa whie you are doing it  First time I let the disc slip to the side and when I started ti fuel went everywhere, so it had to come apsrt again to ix that. Other than that it went smooth;y

I keep waiting for another shoe to drop ha=ha, that's just the way its been going but having driven it for a couple of outings now it hic-cuped once but that was it, accelerates like it should, not embarrassing like it was, actually has a little speed now.
Go for it and let me know how it went OK
