That is neat, its the "Mega" cab of this generation, it even has the third door!! Which it would technically be the "fifth" door.

I mean it as the 2nd door an 3rd door functioning. Interested in how they fabbed them to work.
Either way not for a daily but as a traveling rig I'd love to have a super extended cab

My guess is they grafted the parts from a front door of an extended cab to a rear door.

Or it could even be a crew cab with the extended cab portion welded on. We won't know unless we go see it... Road trip!

Looks more like they grafted the back half of an extended cab to a crew cab. Then like daly said figured out how to make an extended cab 3rd door work with the rear crew door.
