Well, long time lurker here, always came to this forum to look for ideas, and advice, and I decided I should finally join.

The current Daily is my 96' K1500, I'm the third owner, and personally know the previous two. The truck was excellently equipped from factory, and it had the 90's conversion done to it as well. Ive owned the truck since I turned 17, and the last owner unfortunately let it sit in a barn for about a year, so once i got the small issues fixed when i bought the truck, now the big, expensive grimlens are starting to make their way foward. Such as the G80 locker springs fell out of the case when I changed the fluid last week, and the original 4l60e decided to see what park and 5 neutrals felt like. And so on, so forth. So between fixing the issues upfront, and wanting to do some big updates, I think I'll just have to document the updates here.

Thanks! It was almost rusy free when I bought it, but someone kicked in the golf ball sized holes of rust in the can corners in a Walmart parking lot while I was getting some groceries. And some poor body work on the passenger side has caused the clear to peel. But it's in the list of things to do, and hopefully I can get it done sooner than later

It sure is! It also has some custom captains chairs that I literally sink into.

Also, I know a few people have talked about wanting those fiberglass fender flare/steps. I do still have them, and are definitely for sale if anyone is interested

Very nice! Are the fiberglass running boards for a two door extended cab or a three door extended cab?

Heres the steps, I had the step pads, and kept track of them since they were falling off, but I lost track of them not too long ago. The only damage they have is shown

Been a little while since I've been able to do anything to the truck, fixed a leaking valve cover, and found the timing cover is puking oil. Woot! But anyways, new taillights got put on hold due to medical Bill's, but I did grab some sandpaper and tried to shine out the old lights, and dont think they look too bad for 24 year old light housings? And yes, I know I didnt get all of the adhesive/silicone off of this tail light, but I got what I could. These will be replaced eventually anyways.
